1. Installs hardware and
related equipment to receive internet service
2. Reviews installation specifications,
building permit, manufacturers instructions,
and government ordinances to determine installation
site
3. Discusses site location
and construction requirements with customer
4. Climbs ladder to install
when area is inaccessible from ground or construct
pole or roof mounts for antenna base
5. Tests installed system
for conformance to specifications
6. Instructs customer in
use of equipment
7. Replaces or repairs defective
parts
8. Check that documentation
is effectively completed and submitted, as
appropriate
9. Accurately maintains van
inventory
10. Ensure that the highest
quality of service is provided to promote
superior customer satisfaction
11. Adheres to safety guidelines
and requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
One to three months related
experience and/or training
Working knowledge of wireless
internet service equipment installation
preferred
Willing to work flexible
hours
Valid drivers license with
good driving record
